TextQL builds AI agents and software that enterprises use to drive critical decisions on their data — and pushes the unit cost of those decisions toward zero. By putting everything a company knows behind every question, our platform closes a quarter's books 140× faster, answers two thousand operational questions a week, and helps care networks decide better for millions of patients. Blackstone, Amazon, Ring, Scale AI, and Lumeris rely on us to make better decisions, faster. The product is ahead of the story — marketing is where we close that gap, and you'd be one of the people closing it.
The Role
Want your work in front of Fortune 500 buyers instead of in a class project nobody reads?
You'll join the marketing team as a full contributor, not an intern track: real campaigns, real brand work, and real numbers, working directly with our Head of Marketing & Partnerships. TextQL just rebuilt its brand from the ground up — you'd be shipping work in a design language that's a week old, not decades old, across the site, social, events, and everything in between.
What You'll Do
Events: Help plan and run our aggressive events program — on both ends of it. The conference circuit: Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo, Blackstone Portfolio Technology, HLTH, AWS re:Invent, and whatever else lands on the calendar, with the logistics (booths, dinners, swag, vendors, schedules) and the marketing around them (pre-event outreach, landing pages, on-site content capture, post-event follow-up that turns badge scans into pipeline). And the events that build the culture people want to work here for: design days, recruiting events, builder hackathons, pickleball and volleyball nights.
Brand: Ship work in the new brand system — site pages, decks, one-pagers, event materials. Keep the brand coherent as it spreads across every surface we touch.
Graphics: Make the launch art. Every announcement on our blog ships with a card image in the brand's visual language — film grain, glitch textures, isometric product diagrams, spot marks. You'll produce these for every launch and push the language forward as you go. Recent ones:

Content & Social: Build TextQL's presence beyond founder posts. Turn customer stories, event talks, and product launches into content that travels — LinkedIn, the blog, email.
Growth Experiments: Run swings at attention — viral events, social media stunts, X/Twitter shenanigans. Pitch the bit, ship it fast, and own the numbers it puts up. Most will miss; the ones that hit make the whole quarter.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 2 weeks, you'll have shipped something public — a page, a campaign, a piece of content with your fingerprints on it
- By the end of the internship, you'll own a channel or campaign end-to-end and present its numbers to the whole company
- The bar we hire against: interns we'd extend a full-time marketing offer to
About You
- You have taste and you like numbers — you can tell good work from bad, and you can tell working campaigns from dead ones
- You've made something real outside coursework — an audience, a newsletter, a brand for a club or a startup, a campaign that actually ran
- Strong writer. Your sentences are short and your CTAs get clicked
- Comfortable with AI tools and comfortable with ambiguity: you ask the question, then go find the answer
- Currently pursuing (or recently finished) a degree in marketing, communications, design, or adjacent — or a story that beats one
Compensation & Logistics
- Compensation: $45/hour
- Terms: Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 — some terms have limited seats and close as they fill, so apply for the earliest you can start
- Onsite: We are 5 days a week in-office in FiDI, NYC
- Perks: Free lunch and dinner, and the rest of the benefits list on the careers page where it applies
