Since launching our Slack integration, working where your team already communicates has become one of Ana's most beloved features. Talking to Ana directly just like you would in the app, asking follow-ups right in the channel, sharing findings where the conversation already lives, tagging insights for the broader team, publishing scheduled playbooks so everyone collaborates in the same place. It's how Ana fits into the way you actually work.
And ever since, the most common request from enterprise customers has been simple: we're a Microsoft shop. When are you doing Teams?
Today, we're answering that.
Ana's Microsoft Teams integration brings full feature parity with Slack: the same conversational experience, the same playbook delivery, the same per-channel context. If you've seen Ana work in Slack, you already know what to expect.
Everything Included
Chat in channels and direct messages. @mention Ana in any Teams channel to start a conversation and ask follow-up questions right in the thread. Open a direct message to talk to Ana just like you would in the app. Ana responds with the same depth as always: charts, tables, and full analysis, all accessible from the full thread view.
Key insights:
• Enterprise customers: 3.2% churn
• SMB customers: 11.4% churn
Playbook delivery. Playbooks are scheduled reports that post directly to any Teams channel: product usage analytics, CRM activity digests, and more, delivered on a schedule your team can count on. Each report includes embedded visualizations and direct links back to the full analysis. Tag specific team members to notify them when a report lands.
Per-channel context. Every team tracks different metrics, relies on different data sources, and wants questions answered differently. Teach Ana all of that for each Teams channel, and Ana arrives already knowing what that team cares about: your finance channel gets finance context, your sales channel gets sales context. No one re-explains the background each time.
Admin controls. Admins set a default channel the moment Ana connects to Teams, so insights surface to the right audience from the start. Expand from there as the team grows into Ana.
Setup
No IT ticket required. Installation follows the standard Microsoft bot framework OAuth flow. Admins connect the TextQL bot to their Teams workspace from the Connectors page, sync workspace members, and assign channels.
Microsoft Teams support is rolling out today as a beta feature. Contact us to enable it for your workspace.
