TextQL builds autonomous AI data analyst agents for the enterprise. We deploy AI agents that handle messy, complex data workloads at scale — replacing weeks of analyst work with minutes of agent execution. We work with some of the largest organizations in healthcare and financial services. We're a small team with big ambitions. Everyone here has real ownership and real impact. No politics, no busywork — just hard problems and the people who want to solve them.
The Role
You'll be our second partner hire, working alongside our Head of Marketing & Partnerships to scale our cloud and consulting partner ecosystem. You'll own the day-to-day execution and operationalization of partner relationships that are already producing real pipeline.
Today, our partner ecosystem is one of our biggest competitive advantages. We have strong relationships with AWS, Snowflake, and top-tier consulting firms — and those relationships are driving real revenue. But we're leaving significant money on the table by not scaling the operational side: co-marketing campaigns, joint events, deal registrations, and partner enablement don't exist in any systematic way yet. You're the person who builds them. To be specific about the split: Our Head of Partnerships owns strategic relationship development, new partner acquisition, and executive-level alignment. You'll own the operational engine underneath — enabling partner sales teams to pitch and sell TextQL, building co-marketing programs, managing deal flow and registration, and proving ROI across the partner portfolio. This is not a relationship management role where you take partners to dinner and hope deals happen. We need someone who can operationalize partnerships — build co-marketing programs, enable partner sales teams, track deal flow, and prove ROI. If you need a 15-person partner ops team and a six-month planning cycle before you can launch a co-marketing campaign — this isn't for you. If you can stand up a partner webinar on Monday, enable a consulting firm's sales team on Wednesday, and have attribution data to show for it by Friday — keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Cloud Partner Programs: Manage our relationships with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud data platforms. Own co-sell motions, deal registrations, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Work with their partner teams to unlock co-marketing funds, event sponsorships, and sales enablement resources.
- Consulting Partner Enablement: Build and scale our consulting partner program. Enable firms like Slalom, Deloitte, and boutique healthcare/financial services consultancies to sell and implement TextQL. Develop training materials, demo environments, and sales playbooks. Track partner-sourced pipeline and optimize the motion.
- Co-Marketing Execution: Launch co-marketing campaigns with cloud and consulting partners. Build landing pages, email sequences, webinars, and content for joint initiatives. Coordinate logistics and deliverables across partner marketing teams. Measure and report on campaign performance.
- Partner Events: Collaborate with our Events Marketing Manager on partner co-hosted events — booth presence at partner conferences, joint customer dinners, and executive roundtables. Manage partner event logistics and ensure we maximize pipeline from every event.
- Deal Registration & Pipeline Tracking: Build systems for tracking partner-sourced deals. Manage deal registration processes with cloud partners. Create dashboards that tie partner activity to closed revenue. Make data-driven recommendations on where to invest partner resources.
- Partner Onboarding & Training: Develop onboarding programs for new partners. Create training materials, demo scripts, and sales enablement content. Conduct partner training sessions and certifications. Ensure partners can effectively sell and implement TextQL.
- Partner Operations: Own the operational side of partnerships — contracts, agreements, co-marketing fund management, and partner portal administration. Build scalable processes that allow us to manage 20+ active partners without chaos.
- Ecosystem Development: Identify and recruit new strategic partners — cloud platforms, consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners. Build business cases for new partnerships and manage the onboarding process.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 90 days, you'll have mapped our full partner ecosystem, established operational cadences (QBRs, deal reviews, co-marketing planning), and identified the highest-leverage programs to build first
- Within 6 months, you'll have launched repeatable co-marketing motions with our top cloud and consulting partners, with clear pipeline attribution
- Within a year, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline will be a trackable, growing percentage of our total revenue — and you'll have the data to prove it
About You
- 3–5 years in partnerships, alliances, or channel management at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
- Primary: Experience operationalizing partner programs — deal registration workflows, co-marketing campaign execution, partner enablement content and training, and ROI tracking
- Strong plus: You've worked with cloud partners (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) or consulting/SI partners and understand how their co-sell motions work
- Comfortable with partner operations — co-marketing fund management, partner portal administration, and joint pipeline tracking
- Strong project management skills. You can manage multiple partner programs simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Hands-on with CRM and partner management tools. You understand deal flow, attribution, and ROI tracking
- You ship fast and iterate. Perfection is the enemy of pipeline
- You are comfortable using AI to scale your impact across the business.
What This Role Is Not
A relationship management job. You're not just taking partners to dinner — you're driving revenue. A strategy role. The partner strategy is set. You're here to execute and scale. A comfortable seat on a big team. You'll be building the function, not joining one.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the data, analytics, or AI ecosystem
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services partner ecosystems
- Background in sales or sales engineering — you understand how deals get done
- Experience with partner co-marketing and demand generation
Our Commitment To You
- Tradeoff: We choose speed over polish. You'll ship partner programs that aren't perfect because we'd rather learn from real data than wait for a perfect plan. If that sounds stressful, this isn't the right fit. If that sounds exciting, we should talk.
- Why This Matters: TextQL is at an inflection point. We have product-market fit, a partner ecosystem most Series B companies would envy, and a GTM motion producing real revenue. What we don't have is the operational infrastructure to scale partnerships 10x. You'd be the person who builds it. Not buried in a 50-person partnerships org optimizing one metric — building the partner operations function from zero. When TextQL is 5x the size it is today, you'll be the one who built the foundation.
Compensation & Logistics
- Total Compensation: $195K-240K ($130K-160K base + $65K-80K equity)
- Location: New York City/Remote
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); standard startup package
