Your TextQL Usage and Billing as a Connector

Your TextQL usage and cost data is now something you can explore, question, and build on, just like any other source you've connected. The connector's in beta, so you're seeing it early.

Why it matters

Having that data queryable means a few things for a business:

  • See where the money goes. Break spend down by team, model, or workload.
  • Forecast with real numbers. Track your actual usage trend and plan next quarter's spend.
  • Answer the spend question yourself. When finance or leadership asks what you're spending and why, pull the answer in seconds.

How to use it

In a new thread, click the + button → Connectors, then switch on TextQL Usage or TextQL Console. It behaves like any other connector, so you can query it or chart it the same way you would any warehouse table.

Who can see it

Usage and cost data is sensitive, so access is controlled. Admins can see it by default. To give others access, go to Settings → Roles, grant the billing read permission to whichever roles should see spend, and assign those roles to the right people. Nobody else will see it.
