Does Ana use Monday GraphQL?

Yes. Monday.com only exposes a GraphQL API, and Ana constructs targeted GraphQL queries to fetch just the boards, items, and columns needed for each question. This keeps API usage efficient and respects Monday's query complexity limits automatically.

Can Ana read column values of all types?

Yes. The connector handles every Monday column type including status, numbers, dates, people, links, and mirror columns. Ana can filter and aggregate by any column type and join the values with warehouse data during analysis.

How are Monday credentials stored?

Accepted Answer

OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted in the TextQL credential vault and injected by our egress proxy at the network boundary. Ana's Python sandbox never receives the raw token. Refresh and rotation are handled outside the sandbox.

Which Monday.com plan is needed?

Accepted Answer

API access is available on Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The Free and Basic plans have limited API quotas and may not support all features. Check your Monday.com admin settings to confirm API availability before configuring the connector.

Can Ana write back to Monday?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with write scopes enabled. By default the connector is read-only, but admins can grant write scopes to let Ana create items, update columns, or post updates. Writes are audit-logged separately and can be disabled anytime.
